What buyers ask first.
Are you a freight forwarder?
No. We coordinate freight through licensed partner forwarders. They move the cargo; we make sure the right goods, in the right cartons, with the right documents, are what they move.
Can I use my own forwarder?
Yes. We’ll consolidate and hand over to them at our warehouse with the documents checked.
When is consolidation worth it?
Usually when you’re buying from two or more suppliers in the same order cycle. One container and one customs entry is cheaper than several part-loads and several entries.
Who pays duty and GST?
You, as the importer of record, at the Australian border. We’ll show an estimate in the quote.
