Product sourcing

A buying office in China, working to your landed cost.

You tell us what the product has to be and what it can cost on the dock in Australia. We find the factory that can make it, get samples to your desk, and run the order through to shipment.

Questions

What buyers ask first.

What if my target landed cost can’t be met?

We tell you, with the gap and the reason — material, MOQ or freight. You decide whether to adjust the spec or stop.

Do I own the tooling?

Yes. Tooling ownership is written into the supplier agreement before any tooling deposit is paid, and the moulds are photographed and logged.

What’s the smallest order you take on?

[MINIMUM ORDER — CLIENT TO CONFIRM]. Below that, consolidation with other orders usually makes the freight work.

Can I meet the factory?

Yes. We’ll arrange the visit, translate on the day, and send you our own visit notes afterwards.

Request a quote

Send the specification. We’ll quote against it in writing.
