Quality control
Our inspectors check your goods at the factory against your specification and an agreed sampling standard — before you pay the balance, not after the container lands.
What’s included

How it works
Send the PO, spec and approved sample. We agree the checklist and AQL level.

Acceptable Quality Limit is the sampling standard (ISO 2859-1) that sets how many units we pull and how many defects are allowed. General Inspection Level II suits most consumer goods; we’ll recommend limits for your product when you book.
Yes. Quality control is sold on its own. Send the PO, specification and an approved sample or photos.
You hold the balance. The supplier reworks or replaces, and we re-inspect. We’ll ask the supplier to cover the re-inspection when the fault is theirs.
The factory knows the date so goods are packed and ready. They don’t choose which cartons we open.
